The Bitcoin
Skyline Challenge
Bitcoin Palace is a 150m+ landmark tower executed through an Open Build protocol: milestones, escrow releases, proof of build.
The world changed.
The skyline didn't.
In 2009, a pseudonymous creator released a nine-page white paper and launched a system that required no banks, no governments, and no permission. It was called Bitcoin.
Seventeen years later, Bitcoin has surpassed most of the world's largest banks in market cap. Its holders number in the hundreds of millions. Its philosophy has inspired movements, companies, nations.
But look at any skyline in the world. Every tower was financed by a bank. Built with debt. Named after a corporation. The skyline is the ultimate symbol of economic power — and it belongs entirely to the system Bitcoin was created to challenge.
They have their towers.
Where is ours?
Legacy capital owns the skyline. Proof owns the future. Now we put proof on the skyline.
Put Bitcoin in the
skyline of the world.
This is a challenge for builders, operators, and believers who want proof in the physical world.
A 150-meter landmark tower in Las Vegas. All-equity. Zero bank debt. Executed through an Open Build protocol: milestones, escrow releases, proof of build.
The community
builds.
Satoshi published a protocol. The world built the network. Developers wrote the code. Miners secured the network. Node operators enforced the rules. Believers carried it across decades.
Bitcoin Palace follows the same logic: a protocol turns conviction into architecture. We define the vision. The Founding Circle executes. The wider community compounds the build through verified contributions.
Open Build runs on milestones, escrow releases, proof of build, and weekly reporting. Contributions are verified. Progress compounds through proof.
Las Vegas.
The first chapter.
Las Vegas is the first chapter because visibility compresses time. A global stage turns execution into signal. The city where anything is possible — and millions watch it happen.
If the method works once, it works again.
A monument
you can live in.
42 floors. 150+ height. 285 ultra-prime residences. ~72,000 m² total. Designed for landmark presence on Las Vegas skyline.
Community-funded.
Zero bank debt.
Bitcoin Palace uses an Open Build capital discipline: escrow custody, milestone releases, proof of build.
Funds held in escrow. Released only at verified milestones. Progress reported weekly, with evidence attached. This is proof-based construction: capital moves when proof exists.
The Founding Circle.
Bitcoin Palace already has its core: founders + development leadership + international construction direction. Now we're adding a limited execution layer to complete the build: up to 12 seats.
One mission: secure the land partnership and unlock Phase 2.
Entry rule: one deliverable in 30 days earns a seat.
Apply: role + one deliverable + proof of capability.
The road ahead.
Phase 1 is active: land partnership + Founding Circle. Open Build goes live through proof.
Beyond Las Vegas.
Las Vegas is the first chapter. The method comes next. Once proof exists — land, permits, delivery — the standard expands. The community proposes the next city. The build follows proof.
Bitcoin is property by proof. The skyline is permanence by architecture.
